Kelly Purkey, Manager of the Tensas River National Wildlife Refuge, near Tallulah, LA presented a framed certificate to members of the Nature-Based Tourism Initiative in Northeast Louisiana recognizing the efforts
of those who worked to create the “Tensas River National Wildlife Refuge
Paddling Trail.” The plaque reads:
