The National Restaurant Association's latest survey completed by an estimated 1,800 chefs who are members of the American Culinary Federation, suggest that the top three menu trends for 2013 are:
1-Serve locally raised meat and seafood
2-Serve locally grown vegetables
3-Provide heathly meals for children
