Managing Liability

This morning I received a new publication entitled, "Managing Liability: Legal Liability in Agritourism and Direct Markeing Operations," from one of my new friends in agritourism, Cora Gnegy, a Virginia AgriTourism Consulting and Event Planner.  This is a very detailed publication that discusses ways to minimize the risk of claims against agritourism operations.  It is a good read and a publication that should start some great discussion about your operation. Click on the hyperlink and locate the publication.

It includes an accident report and suggestions on insurance considerations.
